Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?
Yes, I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, but the role we take depends on the situation and what best serves the homeowner. In some cases, we may work with you directly as real estate investors, meaning we would be the buyer and there would be no commissions paid to us. In other cases, if listing the property or exploring a traditional real estate route makes more sense, we may be able to support you in that capacity as licensed agents.
